Lilypad Lacquer : Peachy

Hey everyone so today I have another Lilypad Lacquer to share with you guys, this is another one that I picked up from Llarowe’s recent sale. I believe I paid $8 for it they typically go for $13 so when I saw this beautiful color I could not resist! With all my new Lilypads I’m becoming a big fan of the brand. As you can see on the label in the pictures, it is 5-free (which is really awesome) and is made in Australia!

Peachy is a beautiful peachy pink holo. I think with a little bit thicker of a coat I could’ve gotten away with only one, but I saw a few bald spots so I am wearing two coats of Peachy for all the photos.

i paired peachy with two charms the pearl heart is on my thumb which I took inside with flash. The flash really distorts the color in my opinion. I’m only sharing the pic incase anyone is interested in the charms, remember I am sell a few so please feel free to contact me.

Update: shortly after writing this post the inevitable happened… I broke a nail 😦 I’m trying hard to patch it but I’ve never really been good with nail glue. If I’m successful at patching it post will go on a scheduled,however if it’s not repairable I may be on hiatus for a little bit. Wicked Polish : Drunk in Public

Hey everyone ! Today I have another Wicked polish to share with you guys. My Wicked collection is growing rapidly and I must say, this makes me very happy!

Drunk In Public is a white base packed with Multi colored micro matte glitter. Love this so much and wait til you see it under black-light… So cool!

very nice formula and coverage, be sure and finish with a nice quality topcoat to smooth the glitter out.

Lacquistry : Amazeballz

Hey everyone!!! It’s Matthew’s birthday yay!!! Happy birthday Matt !! *kiss kiss So in honor of his birthday, I want to do something really special. Today I’m showing my favorite nail polish! Yes, I have over 500 polishes and this is my current favorite! The first time I put this polish on I was left speechless. I typically change my polish every three days. I left this one on for a week straight, The only real reason I took it off then is because it started to chip. lol enough of me yammering here it is….

I guess I should’ve warned you guys this post is going to picture heavy. So for me the name says it all, and I’m afraid my pictures do not capture just how beautiful is polishes in person. The coverage is phenomenal,all above pictures show two coats. Below I will post a picture of the coverage after only one coat.

Crazy right?! Oh and did I mention? The formula is perfection! Be warned! People will stop you on the streets and ask to see your nails. I can’t tell you how many compliments and comments I get every time I wear this polish.

Super Black Lacquers : Guilty

Hey everyone so once again I have a fabulous polish from Super Black lacquers to share, Guilty as another polish i believe would be perfect for the upcoming holidays. Oh and did I mention? Its another holo, you know I feel about those 🙂

Guilty is described as a gold linear holo in the sun, and a subtle gold metallic in the shade.

as with Spanked I found the formula and consistency to be on point. It does dry to a beautiful satin finish that could be left as is,or for a glossier look finished off with a top coat. All photos show two coats of Guilty and a top coat.

Super Black Lacquers : Spanked

So today I have another Super Black lacquer to share and this time around it is a holo…yay !! Ever since I received my Super Black Lacquers that the very generous Natalie sent me, I have been in nail polish heaven! I got to say Spanked is one of my favorite of the lot. Its the most beautiful berry colored holo, perfect for this time of year!

The site describes it as a wine-colored linear holographic polish. Shimmering cranberry red in low light.
I think these kind of berry shades tend to be flattering on a range of different skin tones.

Spanked applied nice and even, furthermore I found the consistency to be spot on; not too thick and not too thin. I guess that’s a testament to them being hand mixed 😉 Ohhh and don’t forget…Super Black is 4 free and we all know how great that is !

Colors by Llarowe : Gizzards and Lizards

Hey guys! So today I have a brand to show you that I’ve been wanting to try for sometime now. Leah Ann the founder of Llarowe (an etailer of indie and international polish) decided to start her own line back in 2011.These days CBL has quite the fan base, myself included 🙂
Gizzards and lizards was released in her Redneck Woman collection. The website describes it as an Intense emerald green with a teal flash holo.

I ordered quite a few CBLs but this was the one I was most excited to try on! Not only did I really love the color,but the formula was really nice too.

Enchanted Polish : Djinn in a Bottle

Hey everyone it’s Friday ! Have a good week? I’ve been having an awesome one, My husband and I just celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary 🙂
Because of that I have a very special polish to share, and it happens to be one of my favorite in my entire collection! Its a top coat that makes any polish holographic, and If you’ve read any of my other posts, you know I love me some holo polish!

In the picture above, I show one coat of Djinn in a bottle over ILNP Birefringence ( make sure to check out my post on Birefringence 😉 )
The best part about Djinn that it does not “gray out” the polish it’s worn over! Here it is over red.

Djinn’s application was nice as is wear time. If you’ve ever wanted to spruce up your nail polish or give a twist to an old favorite djinn is a must!

Djinn maybe be a little hard to get your hands on, so make sure you sign up for the Enchanted newsletter for restock info.

Enchanted Polish: Congratulations

Okay so today I have another beautiful polish from enchanted’s Time to pretend collection to shared with you guys.
Congratulations Is another duo-chrome holo that shifts from a reddish- brown to gold.

This one is so pretty in person, and it reminds me of leaves in the fall. So Perfect for this time of year 🙂

The formula was good, a little on the sheer side for me. however two coats will bring it up to full opacity. (Two coat and Rica’s glossy glam top coat pictured)

Enchanted Polish: Future Reflections

Future Reflections is from the time to pretend collection and is one of my favorite Enchanted Ive used thus far. Wearing this polish was somewhat hazardous due to the fact I couldn’t stop staring at my nails!

The “Holo-ness” of this one is very strong, and Prominent in most lighting. There is also a duo-chrome aspect that shifts from blue to a purple-ish pink.

It could have just been me, but while applying this polish I noticed a stronger then normal “nail polish” smell, however it was nothing that would deter us hardcore polish addicts 🙂
Other then that, coverage was good ( a lot better then some other enchanted colors I own) and dry time was average. The pictures show two coats and Rica’s Glossy Glam top coat.
